I’ll admit, I wasn’t really expecting much, but everything actually stayed fresh longer than I thought it would. I guess I have to give it credit, it did the job.

I use the points pretty much every time I go, and they save me money on each trip. I’m sure that’s the whole idea, to keep me coming back, but I can’t really complain because it actually helps.

I’ve been using the Safeway app for groceries for the past few weeks it’s been solid. Like, nothing too fancy, but it actually works the way I need it to. Pages load fast, search is easy enough, and I can add things to my cart without the app freezing or acting weird, which is more than I can say for a few other grocery apps I’ve tried. The coupons are probably the biggest reason I keep using it. They’re easy to clip, and I don’t feel like I have to dig around forever to find them. Checkout was quick too, and the order updates came through when they were supposed to. So yeah, no major complaints so far. It just makes grocery shopping a little easier, which is all I really wanted.

I reached out at a inconvenient time, so the timing was just bad on my end. They still replied quickly and got my issue fixed without any hassle

My Safeway order was totally fine this time, which was kind of a relief. Everything I picked was there, nothing was missing, no random substitutions that make you go wait, why would they choose that. Even the produce looked right, like the stuff I actually would’ve grabbed myself. Pickup was easy too, just quick and straightforward, and I didn’t have to call anyone or sort anything out afterward, so yeah, solid experience.

Checkout went really smoothly for me. The coupon applied without any hassle, and my payment went through fast. No issues this time, which was nice because checkout problems always feel totally preventable.

The driver was friendly, everything was bagged well, and I didn’t notice anything missing. that’s the main thing I care about with grocery delivery, if it shows up when it says it will. This time it did, and it made my evening so much easier since I didn’t have to make a last-minute trip to the store.

The substitutions were close enough to what I ordered, so I was happy with it. No weird swaps or random stuff this time, which was nice lol.

What I appreciated most was that I didn’t get hit with any surprise fees. I like knowing exactly what I’m paying for, and this made the whole experience feel a lot smoother for me.

Everything was bagged really neatly, and nothing ended up smashed this time, which I definitely appreciated. that’s how it should always be, don’t you think?

My most recent safeway delivery went really smoothly, and it left a good impression. The driver showed up on time, was polite, and took care with my bags instead of just rushing through it. He even double-checked the address before leaving, which I appreciated. After this last experience, I’m feeling good about using their delivery again.

I’ve been using safeway pickup for a few weeks now, and it’s been really helpful. I usually place my order at night, choose a pickup time, and then just stop by when it works with my day. Very calm, very efficient, definitely not me silently celebrating not having to walk through the entire store after work. Most of the time, my order is ready, and they bring it out quickly. A few things have been swapped here and there, but nothing too dramatic. For the convenience alone, I’m giving it 5 stars.

I do feel like I usually spend less shopping this way. That said, keep an eye on your cart because I’ve noticed some item prices can change here and there. Overall it’s been useful, but don’t check out without reviewing everything first.

I use Safeway for my local store, every time I go in, the place is really clean. The floors, carts, and checkout area always look like someone’s actually keeping up with them. I found the Safeway site simple to use overall. The categories are laid out in a way that mostly makes sense, so I wasn’t wandering around lost. Then suddenly—why did it take me three extra clicks to find one basic item? But aside from a few little hiccups like that, it was a smooth experience.

I found some really good deals here, which was awesome!! But a few items definitely felt a bit pricey compared to what I expected!!! Overall, it’s kind of a mix, but worth checking out if you’re looking for bargains!!

One of the items was missing from my order, which was annoying enough, but getting the refund sorted was a whole hassle. Support told me to wait a few days, so I did, and then basically nothing happened. I had to keep checking back, which I really don’t have the patience for. I did get the refund eventually, but it shouldn’t have taken that much effort.

I waited around for a little while, but my meds were ready when I got there, so it worked out fine.
